About Us

Emerge is a specialist property development and asset management business focused on maximising value or yield and on providing the highest quality services to its clients. Its founders have a vast depth of global experience and have been responsible for projects such as Garden City and Safari Centre - Naivasha in Kenya and for the Italian leisure retail destinations of Serravalle Scrivia and Castel Guelfo (Bologna). More recently the Italian team has broken ground on 700 new PBSA and Co-Living beds in Milan and Rome.
